Retreats
A deeper invitation into inner balance, embodiment and restoration.

A retreat experience grounded in embodiment, softness, and inner balance
Our retreats offer a chance to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a more spacious, nourishing and embodied way of being.
Designed for those who want more than a pause, they are an opportunity to soften deeply, regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and experience a more grounded sense of inner balance in a supportive and beautiful setting.
Rooted in somatic meditation, embodiment and spiritual depth, they offer time and space for real restoration – physically, emotionally and inwardly.
There are two retreats each year in Italy, offering participants a chance to experience Louise’s work in a more immersive way, combined with yoga and energy healing by co host Kym Vincenti.
They are created for people who feel overstimulated, depleted, disconnected, or simply in need of a gentler rhythm. Through somatic meditation, embodied awareness, rest, reflection and supportive practice, the retreats help participants soften what has been held in the body and return to themselves more fully.
There is also space for stillness, beauty, connection, good food, and the simple but profound experience of being held by a different pace of life.
These somatic meditation retreats in Italy are designed to help people:
- reduce stress and overwhelm
- release tension in the body
- feel calmer and more relaxed
- improve comfort and ease in life
- support burnout and emotional exhaustion
- build resilience and capacity
- reconnect with themselves in a deeper way
Co-hosted with Kym Vincenti
The Italy retreats are co-hosted with Kym Vincenti, a health coach and yoga teacher.
Together, Louise and Kym create a retreat experience that brings together somatic meditation, embodiment, movement, wellbeing and deep restoration. Their combined approach supports both body and mind, offering guests a thoughtful and nurturing space in which to slow down, reset and reconnect.
The partnership brings a beautiful balance to the retreats – Louise offering the depth of somatic meditation and Buddhist-informed embodiment, and Kym bringing her expertise in health, yoga and holistic wellbeing.

Why Italy?
Italy offers the perfect setting for this kind of work: beauty, warmth, spaciousness, nourishment, and a different pace of life. Plus, it is easy to get to without long flights or transfer times.
The retreats are designed not only around formal practice but around the wider feeling of being supported to soften — by the environment, the rhythm of the days, the natural surroundings, and the invitation to step out of striving and into something more restorative.
These retreats may be for you if…
- you feel stressed, overstimulated or depleted
- your body feels tight, braced or disconnected
- you are longing for rest and space
- you want to experience somatic meditation more deeply
- you are drawn to embodiment, yoga and holistic wellbeing
- you want to reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment
- you are ready to step away from everyday demands and receive something nourishing
You do not need to have prior experience. The retreats are designed to be accessible, supportive and welcoming, and the teachers are incredibly experienced.
A deeper way to return to yourself
Retreats are an opportunity to move beyond coping and into a more spacious, embodied and restorative experience of life.
They are for those who long to feel calmer, softer, more grounded and more fully themselves, and who want to explore what inner balance can feel like when there is time, space and support to truly let go.
