Buddhist Monk, Somatic Meditation Teacher, Speaker and Author.
Helping people move beyond overwhelm, tension and disconnection through embodiment, nervous system regulation and profound inner transformation.
Somatic meditation is not about becoming someone else. It is about feeling more at home in yourself.
A gentler way to change from the inside out
There comes a point when thinking harder no longer helps.
You may understand your patterns. You may know why you feel anxious, overwhelmed, hypervigilant or shut down. And yet something in the body still holds the tension. Still braces. Still prepares for danger, even when you want to rest.
This is where somatic meditation offers something different. Louise’s work brings together nervous system regulation, embodiment and the spiritual depth of Buddhist practice, offering a path that is both grounded and transformative. She teaches a gentle, subtle, body-based approach that helps people soften long-held tension, regulate the nervous system, release protective patterns, and return to a deeper sense of presence, safety and wholeness, which she calls inner balance.
This is not a sticky plaster and not a quick fix. It is a deeper, more lasting process that helps people feel calmer, more relaxed, more grounded and more connected to themselves. Her work is rooted in embodiment, The Realization Process, and the understanding that true transformation is not only psychological but felt in the body.
Who Louise helps
Louise supports people who are experiencing:
- chronic stress or anxiety
- overwhelm and hypervigilance
- burnout and emotional exhaustion
- disconnection from the body
- habitual tension and bracing
- emotional shutdown or numbness
- difficulty sleeping or switching off
- a longing for greater depth, steadiness and inner freedom
Her work is for those who are tired of forcing, analysing and pushing through, and are ready for a more compassionate, embodied way of healing and being. It is especially supportive for people who feel constantly on edge, carry tension in the body that will not go away, or feel they have tried talking therapies, but something still feels unresolved.
More than regulation. A return to yourself.
Louise’s work supports:
- nervous system regulation – so you feel less activated and more able to rest
- softening of holding patterns – gently releasing the tension, habits and protective strategies that keep you stuck
- embodiment – learning to feel that you exist in your body, not just think about it
- non-dual depth – opening to the subtle dimension of being that has never been broken
This is not about confronting or fixing yourself. It is about softening, attuning, and allowing change to happen through deeper contact with your body and being.
Over time, this work can help you:
- feel calmer and more relaxed
- reduce stress and overwhelm
- release tension in the body
- feel safer in your body
- improve sleep
- build resilience to cope with life
- experience more ease, fluidity and inner balance
