Amnanda Process
Amnanda is a deeply restorative Ayurvedic practice, known as a Rasayana therapy, designed to support renewal, regeneration, and long-term wellbeing.
According to Ayurvedic wisdom, unresolved life experiences, whether emotional or physical, can leave subtle imprints in the body’s tissues, sometimes even at the level of cellular memory. Over the years, these imprints may influence health, resilience, energy levels, and the way we age.
The word Amnanda translates as “path to joy” in Sanskrit. That’s exactly what it provides: a gentle return to your natural state of vitality, balance, and wholeness across body, mind, and spirit.

To complement the treatments, daily support is provided through Ayurvedic teas and tinctures:
- Green Tea to strengthen immunity
- Woman Vital or Man Vital Tea to balance hormones and enhance vitality
- A short course of herbal tincture to nourish skin, connective tissue, and overall energy

The Amnanda Process is a year-long therapeutic journey, consisting of 12 monthly treatments using warm, herbal oils. Unlike massage, the touch is slow, steady, and deeply intentional, allowing the body to absorb the oils fully while releasing tension at a cellular level.
The process is gentle and non-invasive. There is no need to revisit trauma or relive painful memories; the body’s natural intelligence does the work, releasing what is no longer needed in a safe, compassionate way.
If you’re ready to experience a gentle, holistic approach to healing, one that honours your whole being, the Amnanda Process offers a nurturing pathway. A path to joy, renewal, and a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom.
